Product safety

On this page you can read how to report a safety issue with one of our products and where we announce recalls. This follows from the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, Regulation (EU) 2023/988).

Report a safety issue

Did you have an accident with one of our products, or do you think a product is unsafe? Email our email address. Include the product name, your order number if you have it, what happened and, if you can, a photo.

If there is immediate danger, stop using the product and keep it out of reach of children.

Recalls and safety warnings

If we have to recall a product or issue a safety warning, we publish it on this page. We also email customers who bought the product from us.

Manufacturer and product information

Every product page has a "Product safety" section with the manufacturer, the responsible person in the EU where one applies, and the warnings that come with the product.

You can also report an unsafe product to the market surveillance authority in your country. In the Netherlands that is the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority).
